The company NUTRIBIO opened a website nutribio.com (hereafter “the website”).
Use of the website infers compliance with these terms and conditions of use. By accessing the website, any user browsing the website declares they have read and accepted these terms and conditions of use and pledges to comply with them.

The website is developed by the company Sweet Punk, with capital of 12,000 euros, with head offices at 91, rue Saint Lazare, registered with the Paris RCS under number 539 922 708 represented by Stéphane Pointin, acting as Chairman.

ARTICLE 2: REGISTRATION

The user may be asked to complete a registration form in certain sections dedicated to brands or promotional operations. He must provide exact and complete information. His registration will be confirmed by an email sent to the email address provided in the registration form or by a direct message.

Any connection or data transmission with the user’s login and password will be considered as carried out by said user. The user alone is responsible for the use of their login and password. In the case of loss, theft or identity fraud, the user must inform NUTRIBIO immediately.

ARTICLE 3: FREE SERVICE

The use of the service provided by NUTRIBIO and described in these general terms and conditions is completely free of charge.
 However, the equipment (computer, telephone, software, telecommunications resources, etc.) providing access to this service is at the exclusive charge of the users as are the costs for Internet access.

ARTICLE 4: SITE CONTENT SURVEILLANCE

NUTRIBIO reserves the right to terminate any personal section that does not comply with one of the provisions of these general terms and conditions and to keep the data at the disposal of the legal authorities.

ARTICLE 5: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Access to the website gives users a private and non-exclusive right to use this website. All of the elements on the website in particular texts, photographs, logos, brands, videos and more represent works as described by the intellectual property code. Consequently, any use of the content, any representation or reproduction, total or partial, that could be done without the consent of their authors or beneficiaries is illegal.

ARTICLE 6: PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The personal information provided by users will only be sent to NUTRIBIO. NUTRIBIO will only send user personal data to third parties if the users provide their express permission.

NUTRIBIO will only use the data for purposes indicated to the user when they provide said data.
 In certain cases and on the express choice of the user, data is also used for offering NUTRIBIO sales promotions.

ARTICLE 7: COMPUTER DATA AND FREEDOM LAW

In compliance with the modified “Computer data and freedom law” of 6th January 1978, you have a right to access and change information pertaining to you and you can also, for legitimate reasons, oppose this data processing.
Natural persons who would like to exercise this right and receive information about data pertaining to them must write to Mr Olivier PIERREDON, in charge of data processing, at the following address:

In compliance with the provisions of article 92 of decree no. 2005-1309 of 20th October 2005, a copy of the person’s ID must be attached to any request for data access, opposition or change.

ARTICLE 8: COOKIES

NUTRIBIO est susceptible d’utiliser des « cookies  temporaires valables le temps d’une session de consultation du Site.

NUTRIBIO may use temporary cookies during a user session on the website.

The website’s services are accessible 24/7 except in the case of force majeure according to article 1218 of the Civil Code or an event beyond NUTRIBIO’s control and subject to periods of maintenance and possible breakdowns. 
Transfer rates and response times for information on the internet and the website platform are not guaranteed by NUTRIBIO. The speed of data transmission is not included in the access service provided by NUTRIBIO, but is inherent to the online networks and technical resources for absorbing the traffic generated.
NUTRIBIO would remind users of the characteristics and limits of the Internet and declines any responsibility for any consequences of users connecting to this network via the website.
 More particularly, NUTRIBIO cannot be held responsible for any damages, tangible or intangible, caused to users, their computer equipment and stored data and any consequences that may result from their personal, professional or commercial activities.
NUTRIBIO cannot be held responsible for any use by a third-party of elements in the website’s personal sections.

 The general terms and conditions of use are subject to French law and any disputes concerning their execution and/or interpretation will be governed by the French courts.
It is strictly prohibited to use or reproduce the name “NUTRIBIO” and/or its logo and any of the brands, drawings or models mentioned and/or presented on this website or any other associated website for whatever reason and in particular for advertising reasons without previous written permission from NUTRIBIO.
